leave out the cheese

Making your own pesto without cheese will reduce the protein content!

1 cup olive oil

4 cloves garlic

1.5 cups Walnuts chopped

2 cups basil leaves whole

1 tsp Morton’s Lite Salt

Put in blender and blend away!
